Can’t view vouchers
Every time I try to view my vouchers the app asks me to sign in again. This is a repeating cycle so no way to view what vouchers you have or check on delivery of vouchers you’ve used
Awful confusing app
So i had downloaded this app to avail of what looked like some wonderful deals..
However, as i started using the app i found that it was very confusing and not clear on what i actually had to do to complete the deals. Try as i may to find a part on the app to contact the app support i could not access it. Eventually i opened the account on google instead and managed to get to speak to someone.
This didnt help my situation.
Correspondence was being sent to me on the email i provided and what seemed to be a alternative email with my name attached which i didnt recognise. This set alarm bells ringing. I have since sought a refund for the money spent, (which was taken fairly quickly from the account) i have to advise against this app. It just isnt professional or in any way safe. Would have concerns about my identity being used via alternative emails.

Can’t redeem deals
Yeah so I’ve bought several deals which can only be redeemed through the app they tell me and the bloody app won’t work. Every time I try to log in I get an ‘oops’ error message so I can’t redeem any of them! I can login fine on a desktop or even my phone on their website but the app doesn’t work at all! Customer service have been less than helpful too once you finally figure out how to speak to them. I’m sticking to groupon never had any issues with them at all
